FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY

* Please observe the following guidelines for a safe and enjoyable stay!

Registration

  • Check out 11am
  • Check in 4pm

Pets

  • Must be on a leash when away from your cabin or campsite
  • We thank you in advance for cleaning up after your pet
  • No pets allowed on the beach at any time

Quiet Time

  • 10pm to 8am
  • Loud and excessive noise/music is not tolerated at any time
  • Sound levels should be decreased to a level not detectable by your immediate neighbours, through the walls of your cabin or from the roadway by 10pm

Guests

  • All day-use guests are requested to vacate the resort by 10pm

Fires

  • For reasons of safety, please keep your fires to no more than 1 1/2 feet high and within the fire pits
  • Do not move the fire pits
  • For your convenience, we sell firewood. ($12.50 per bundle)

Garbage

  • Please bag and place your garbage in the cans situated around the resort
  • Please do not burn or leave garbage in the fire pits
  • Please note, we have recycling receptacles for cans and bottles

Smoking

  • Is not permitted in any of the resort’s buildings; this includes the wash house
  • Thank you for extinguishing your cigarettes in a proper container and not on the ground

Liability

  • The facilities are furnished solely for our registered guests
  • All persons using the facilities do so at their own risk
  • The resort will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries to guests or loss of personal property or possessions of any kind
  • Parents are responsible for the actions of their children, and financially responsible for any malicious damage

Cancellation Policy
*All reservations are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is 100% of the booking total. *Cancellations made with more than two weeks notice will receive a 50% refund of the deposit amount. *If the cancelled accommodation is re-booked for the entirety of the original stay you may receive up to 97% of the deposit amount (less 3% for merchant terminal fees).

Hot Tub Policy
Our Blue Lake staff will do everything possible to supply your hot tub use with your nightly accommodation rental. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our well system will always be able to supply the hundreds of gallons necessary in the event of drought conditions. As well freezing weather and mechanical issues may lead to situations beyond our control. We apologize if this were to happen. We will do everything possible to restore the hot tub services. Your rental is for your accommodations and the use of the hot tub cannot be a condition of your rental.
